Our Progress
With a steadfast commitment to occupancy, we’ve moved this project from vision to readiness. Our team has completed architectural plans, structural engineering and calculations, PGE reviews and approvals, and concept occupancy and efficiency studies. With the technical groundwork in place and the site cleared, the project is now positioned to move confidently into the next phase of development.
