First Bank of Tigard Rehabilitation Project

Welcome to our development page.

We’re currently reimagining the historic First Bank of Tigard—transforming this landmark building into two thoughtfully designed spaces for specialty retail and limited-service dining. Our goal is simple: preserve the character of Main Street while creating vibrant places for people to gather, dine, and experience downtown in a new way.

Our Beginning

This project blends historic rehabilitation with modern placemaking, bringing new energy to one of Tigard’s most recognizable buildings and contributing to a more walkable, dynamic downtown.

Our Progress

With a steadfast commitment to occupancy, we’ve moved this project from vision to readiness. Our team has completed architectural plans, structural engineering and calculations, PGE reviews and approvals, and concept occupancy and efficiency studies. With the technical groundwork in place and the site cleared, the project is now positioned to move confidently into the next phase of development.
